I. Objective of Care Corner

  • A central communication station for employees at Morehouse School of Medicine
  • The Care Corner is designed to unify and centralize requests from peers and colleagues for the following situations:

Bereavement Announcements

  • Loss of MSM current or past employee and/or immediate family member

Notification of Emergent Situations

  • Designed to address an emergency or catastrophe that is temporary, sudden, and non-recurring
  • Employee is unable to meet immediate, essential assistance and has exhausted available avenues of assistance

Lost & Found

  • Articles that have been lost and/or found on MSM property
  • Lost articles should be turned in to the Office of Public Safety

This practice is a compliment to our current MSM policy to assist employees within our community without violating our MSM solicitation practice.

MSM Solicitation Policy
Employees are prohibited from soliciting other employees on work time or in work areas. Work time is defined as anytime that those soliciting or being solicited are supposed to be on duty. Employees distributing unauthorized materials in work areas will be subjected to disciplinary action.
